We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative to join our team at DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES DIST INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating new and repeat sales, and maintaining sales programs within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates.
- Support branch sales by communicating new product launches, services, supplies, prices, and new products sales and discounts to dealers through outbound calls and in-house counter discussions.
- Maintain sales programs within assigned territories by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices, and new products.
- Provide excellent customer service, including product/order information, sales, warranties, and returns.
- Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed.
- Obtain and monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to determine best methods to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization's policies.
- Perform additional projects as assigned.
- 3-6 years of progressive sales and customer service experience.
- 3+ years in the HVAC industry.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred.
- HVAC training a plus.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. May travel occasionally to customer sites, training events, company-related meetings, etc. - estimated 20%.
Pay Range:$24.00 - $26.18
