Medical Office Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clerk to join our team at Well Care Community Health, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, maintaining accurate patient records, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Updating patient records and insurance information
- Releasing copies of shot records and handling patient inquiries
- Performing various clerical tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Collecting and processing payments
- Preparing daily schedules for doctors and nurses
- Assisting with regulatory compliance and office operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual in Spanish desired
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00, with evening clinic on Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00-7:00
