Clinical Coordinator for Neuro Trauma Care

HCA Capital Division is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Coordinator for Neuro Trauma Care. This position is a key member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
Requirements:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse diploma required.
