Job Summary:

The Strategic Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in the development, planning, and oversight of a policy and contract management program at St. Claire Regional Medical Center. This position requires a high level of leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to ensure the successful implementation and management of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine goals and priorities with senior executives and key stakeholders, leading the implementation and management of a policy and contract management program.
  • Possess superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Serve as an expert resource on policy and contract management, ensuring the organization's internal policies and contracts are accurate, up-to-date, and well-maintained in accordance with all laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrate experience in leading by influence, team building, conflict resolution, group interaction and dynamics, project management, cost effectiveness, and budget management.
  • Conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis to support business process improvement and project management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possessed facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and implementation skills.
  • Strong time management skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in management.

Work Environment:

The work environment is a typical office setting with good lighting and climate control. The noise level is usually moderate.
