The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our online presence, including social media and website content

  • Manage and optimize our marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a property management or real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
