We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Insurance Service Advisor to join our team at Watkins Insurance Group. As a key member of our Personal Lines Department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall achievement of our profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients during moments of need, such as policy service, billing inquiries, and claims consultation.
- Process manual declaration pages, downloaded policy transactions, and other documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with Company Underwriters, Assistants, Marketing Reps, and other personnel to maintain excellent customer service and relationships with our carriers.
- Back up other Service Advisors and Insurance Advisors as needed to maintain a balanced and consistent workflow.
Active General Lines P&C license through the Texas Department of Insurance is required. Two years of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software is also necessary.
Skills and QualitiesThe ideal candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be customer service-oriented, and have strong organizational skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to work well in a team environment.
