Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Addison Group. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (SFFSC) CRM system, as well as managing basic administrative tasks and overseeing system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Customization:
    • Lead the implementation of the new SFFSC CRM system and handle ongoing customization requests.
    • Manage basic administrative tasks including user account maintenance, campaigns, business rules, access privileges, page layouts, data imports/feeds, custom configurations, reports, dashboards, workflows, etc.
    • Oversee SFFSC data feeds and other system integrations.
  • Product Ownership & Roadmap:
    • Serve as the Product Owner, maintaining an up-to-date product roadmap and presenting it to the team periodically.
  • Business Process Analysis & Customization:
    • Assist business users by analyzing and mapping business processes to Salesforce functionalities.
    • Develop customizations or use third-party apps as necessary.
  • Process Development & Support:
    • Collaborate with the operational management team to establish processes supporting administrative, development, and sales functions.

Requirements:

  • Implementation and customization experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (SFFSC) CRM system.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, including user account management, campaigns, business rules, access privileges, page layouts, data imports/feeds, custom configurations, reports, dashboards, workflows, etc.
  • Experience with system integrations and data feeds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
