Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a resource and leader in the continuum of care, working closely with surgeons, clinic co-workers, perioperative co-workers and leaders, and inpatient nursing co-workers to identify opportunities for improvement in the continuum of surgical care.

Key responsibilities include:

* Clinical workup of new patients
* Managing medications and placing ancillary testing and procedural orders
* Working in-basket messages and patient education
* Scheduling procedures and clinic visits
* Coordinating clinical support on procedure day

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to pioneer new models of care and transform the health care experience through advanced technology and innovative procedures.

**Requirements:**

* 2 years intraoperative experience
* Preferred experience: 5 years Cardiac experience
* Current RN license in our state
* Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
* Preferred Certification/Registration: CNOR
