As a Lead Client Relations Specialist within Epsilon's Travel Division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing a portfolio of significant travel accounts. Your expertise will be essential in utilizing Epsilon's comprehensive data resources to create and showcase innovative marketing strategies that drive revenue and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
In your capacity as a Senior Account Manager for the Travel Sector at Epsilon, your main goal will be to manage and grow a portfolio of current accounts while strategically targeting new clients in the Travel industry.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, effectively collaborating with both internal teams and clients to deliver customized marketing solutions. By leveraging Epsilon's extensive data resources, you will craft and present marketing strategies that align with client goals and promote enduring partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Account Management & Development: Oversee existing accounts and pursue new clients within the travel sector. Act as the main liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Foster revenue growth from current accounts and assist in acquiring new clients by developing and presenting impactful marketing solutions using Epsilon's data resources across various channels.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to comprehend their needs, deliver persuasive presentations, and lead the proposal development and negotiation processes.
  • Data & Digital Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in Epsilon's data resources, digital solutions, and market trends to offer clients advanced marketing strategies.
  • Sales Management: Maintain accurate records, provide reliable sales forecasts, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead Generation: Participate in lead generation initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement of the sales process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in the data industry, ideally in direct sales to travel accounts.
  • Marketing Technologies: Strong understanding of marketing technologies and the ability to innovate for growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Business Development: Proven track record in driving business development strategies and delivering effective presentations.
  • Omni-Channel Sales Strategies: Expertise in omni-channel sales strategies and execution.
