About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy and Analytics Senior Analyst to join our team at Salesforce. As a key member of our Global Enablement team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and growth through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions with business partners to understand strategic business roadmaps and Enablement program strategies.
  • Use performance consulting techniques to identify knowledge gaps, skills gaps, and learning needs, and drive metric-based learning recommendations.
  • Analyze large volumes of seller performance data to answer key questions for stakeholders and investigate areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and improvement based on trends in the data, and use these insights to inform new processes, tools, and team upskilling.
  • Design and implement short- and long-term AI and data-driven Enablement strategies to enhance seller productivity.
  • Lead the growth of Enablement strategy and analytics capabilities from tactical to optimized, improving time to insight and supporting strategic objectives.
  • Support stakeholders in articulating their impact through compelling narratives and storytelling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Learning Science and Technologies, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • One year of experience in the job offered or a related field.
  • Specialized skills in content development, stakeholder needs analysis, coaching, software development, project management, data analysis, and customer-facing presentations.
