Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Representative to join our team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc. in St. Louis, MO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Enter sales orders and process sales contracts and purchase orders
- Ensure order accuracy through effective communication with the sales team
- Submit billing and invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of office experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience working with contracts
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with computer
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
