At Inizio Engage XD, we're seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Territory Representative to join our team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work with a top biotechnology company, leveraging your expertise in the pharmaceutical industry to drive sales growth and expand customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support vacant territories within your assigned area, delivering sales services both virtually and in-person.
  • Meet or exceed established sales plans and objectives by developing and implementing targeted strategies specific to each territory.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and physicians, fostering trust and driving sales growth.
  • Effectively plan and execute workdays and sales calls to achieve activity goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement special programs within territories to maximize sales opportunities, such as speakers' bureau programs and symposia.
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
  • Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the clinical data and product concepts, demonstrating expertise in sales presentations.
  • Attend regional and national conferences to stay informed and network with industry professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2+ years of business or customer service experience, with sales experience preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical Sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations.
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset, with a willingness to adapt to new challenges and situations.
  • Ability to travel extensively, staying at a location for an extended period, and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
