Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to apply intermediate level technology constructs to propose new methods to create and sustain a productive work culture and safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in HSE best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in workplace safety and culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to minimize HSE risks.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HSE and training program development.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level technology skills and knowledge of HSE best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
