Key Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design: Create training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments, that meet the needs of our learners.
  • Delivery and Evaluation: Deliver training programs to our nuclear maintenance team, evaluate their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as instructional design, education, or a related field.

  • Skills: Proven experience in instructional design, training delivery, and evaluation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
