Job Overview

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Simulator Training Professional to join our team. As a key member of our engagement team, you will be responsible for providing expert training and support services to our clients in the nuclear and chemical facility industries.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide and/or support facility-specific simulator training to ensure that our clients' personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain complex systems safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement simulator training scenarios that meet the specific needs of our clients, including abnormal and emergency facility operations, normal facility operations, and initial conditions.
  • Collaborate with our clients' subject matter experts to ensure that the training is tailored to their specific requirements and meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to our clients' personnel to ensure that they are able to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned in a practical and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including instructor guides, student manuals, and simulation scenarios, to ensure that our clients' personnel have access to the information and resources they need to succeed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a simulator training professional role, with a strong background in nuclear and chemical facility operations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective simulator training programs that meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • Accredited high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 15 years of experience as a simulator training professional in a nuclear or chemical facility environment.
  • Previous experience developing and implementing training using the Defense Waste Processing Facility control room simulator.
