YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:


Executing a variety of assembly tasks, which encompass the assembly, evaluation, and packaging of products within the assembly departments. This may involve working with actuators, kits, and sub-assemblies according to established assembly guidelines, operational sheets, schematics, packaging instructions, and material lists.


WHO YOU ARE:


You possess the ability to engage effectively with individuals across various levels, functions, cultures, and regions. You excel at organizing and streamlining work processes for optimal efficiency.


TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL NEED:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The capability to make informed decisions regarding the proper sequence of operations and the allocation of incoming items based on business requirements across different product lines.
  • Successful completion of a skills assessment.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant production experience in diverse product categories.
  • The physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role.
