We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Market Director in Napa, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive new business and cultivate strategic partnerships in the luxury real estate market.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving new business and cultivating partnerships. They will possess strong sales and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and close agreements.

Key responsibilities include promoting company auction services to sellers, agents, and influencers, networking to generate luxury real estate agent referrals, and conducting in-person sales efforts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for staying informed about ongoing company auctions, daily prospecting, and lead management using CRM tools.
