We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Excellence Associate to join our team in Napa, California. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
As a Sales Excellence Associate at AT&T, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets by delivering customized solutions to customers in their homes or places of business. You will have the autonomy to manage your day, scheduling meetings and interactions with potential customers to maximize your sales potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert knowledge of AT&T products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
- A valid driver's license, as this role involves traveling to customer locations.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate variable working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
