Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative in the automotive industry, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, internet inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and generate sales opportunities by following up on leads and guiding customers through the car-buying process.
Responsibilities- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and internet inquiries in a timely manner.
- Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments.
- Manage and nurture leads through the entire sales cycle.
- Set appointments for the sales team by effectively qualifying leads.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist with customer retention efforts, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support dealership goals and objectives.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Prior experience in a BDC, sales, or customer service role preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
