Establish and nurture strong partnerships with Korean influencers, industry experts, and community organizations to enhance brand reputation and extend reach across various social media platforms.


Performance Analysis:

Evaluate marketing performance metrics to uncover trends, assess campaign effectiveness, and refine strategies for optimal results.


Collaborative Efforts:

Work in tandem with other departments, including product development, retail, and customer engagement, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overarching business goals.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Proven marketing expertise with a focus on customer acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in targeting Korean customers or brand marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Fluency in Korean is essential.
  • Familiarity with Korean and Asian food and cosmetic products is advantageous.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in marketing for Korean-oriented brands is a plus.
