Senior Living Sales Manager

Cadence Living is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Living Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales and marketing efforts for our community, with a focus on growing revenue and maintaining established occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the lead base, leasing apartments, and providing sales activity reports with documented lead status, closing needs, and next steps.
- Respond to telephone inquiries, conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents or interested parties, and follow up with all potential residents, referral sources, or interested parties.
- Maintain the community's Customer Relationship Management software (Yardi) accurately and timely, and supervise, direct, and motivate all sales team members.
- Participate in and represent the community in outreach events, networking meetings, tradeshows, and other communities' functions, and develop and implement all sales and marketing strategies and tactics for the community consistent with Cadence Senior Living's objectives.
- Monitor competitive projects and programs in the community's local market and report updates and changes to the Executive Director and corporate team on a weekly basis, or sooner if needed.
Requirements:
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people.
- 3-5 years' experience in senior living, hospitality, or health care marketing and sales preferred.
- Proven track record achieving sales goals.
- Ability to manage time effectively, high degree of initiative, and good judgment.
- Demonstrates professional ethics, has a positive attitude, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to motivate others, and work within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM.
- Previous sales and marketing experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), Senior Living, or Hospitality a plus.
