Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at VDart Inc. as a key member of our Salesforce implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Core, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to enhance customer experience and agent efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize mobile applications for iOS and/or Android with Salesforce, enhancing functionality across both digital channels.
  • Oversee the integration and implementation of payment gateway improvements, ensuring secure and efficient transaction processing.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project and operations documentation, including system configurations, maintenance schedules, and upgrade strategies.
  • Monitor system performance and technical debt, resolving technical issues, discerning root cause, and implementing improvements to maintain service levels and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain a high level of system security and reliability.
  • Manage a team of 1-2 direct or indirect reports, providing guidance and support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Architect within a large Salesforce environment, with a strong focus on payment gateway integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud functionalities, with proven track records in complex and successful integrations and implementations.
  • Proficiency in developing high-visibility mobile solutions (iOS and Android platforms).
  • Proficiency in microservices, back-end development, and containerized app deployments.
  • Self-starter with reliable follow-through, interested in problem-solving with data-driven analysis.
  • Experience managing teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Desired Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications, particularly Salesforce Architecture and Development.
  • Experience with public cloud providers (particularly AWS).
  • Front-end development knowledge.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and integration tools.
  • SAFe agile methodology.
