About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics System Engineer to join our team at Strivector. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for developing Flight Control Computers, Actuator Control Units, and Motor Control Electronics for primary and secondary flight control systems for military aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company as a recognized technical authority and project leader.
  • Guide the evolution of conceptual and detailed design phases through verification and certification.
  • Conduct systematic capture, development, and documentation of verifiable electronics box level requirements.
  • Conduct functional analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies.
  • Create detailed Verification and Validation plans and procedures for testing electronic boxes.
  • Conduct hardware and software level integration and test.
  • Support aspects of technical project planning, including designs, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and technical interface meetings.
  • Make presentations to customers to support design reviews and technical interface meetings.
  • Support project status briefings with clear reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of new product requirements through consulting with customers and sales personnel.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of design and development engineering work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the design, analysis, and development of electromechanical systems/components.
  • 5+ years of project/team leadership experience.
  • Experience with military standards (MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-810, and RTCA/DO-254 standards).
