Load Planning and Sales Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Load Planning and Sales Manager to lead our logistics operations team at Blue Sky Unlimited Inc. in Monroe, GA.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute load planning strategies to maximize revenue and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Leverage data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, driving business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Monitor and improve operational processes, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and software applications.
