We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to enhance our operations.

Position Overview:

As a remote CRM Administrator, you will be a tech-savvy expert responsible for managing and tailoring our CRM systems to meet organizational goals. Your role will include overseeing system functionality, customizing features to suit business needs, managing user access, generating reports and dashboards, and providing technical support to users and stakeholders. You will collaborate with Development, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure data integrity and effective system utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the commercial operations and challenges of various teams to enhance their efficiency through CRM management.
  • Provide administrative support for the CRM, focusing on user permissions, custom objects, workflows, and other essential functionalities.
  • Manage CRM contracts, including negotiation and execution.
  • Develop and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Utilize data analysis to provide insights into team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather business requirements and implement effective CRM solutions.
  • Support integrations with third-party applications and tools.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, user training, and documentation.
  • Maintain high data integrity by identifying and resolving anomalies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hubspot CRM Administration, with direct collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Proficient in administering and configuring CRM systems.
  • Experience in automating business processes and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
