Sales Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives and leadership to meet sales objectives by delivering timely sales insights, including pipeline assessments, best practices, and performance metrics.
- Engage with sales operations and management to pinpoint challenges and areas for improvement within the organization, identifying key stakeholders to address these issues.
- Work together to uncover problems and devise solutions that enhance operational efficiency for the sales teams.
- Tackle issues of moderate to complex nature where analysis of circumstances or data necessitates a comprehensive review of various factors.
- Coordinate with internal departments throughout each sales quarter to resolve outstanding items and finalize transactions, ensuring all requisite documentation is completed prior to deal closure.
- Support the end-of-quarter sales initiatives by facilitating the processing of all sales orders and approvals through internal data entry systems.
- Assist the sales team with requirements related to internal systems and processes.
- Help the sales team with deal structuring to ensure optimal value for the organization while maximizing sales targets.
- Collaborate with other Sales Operations Managers to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and promote standardization across the sales organization.
- Utilize judgment within established procedures and practices to determine suitable actions.
- Plan and execute projects for account and territory selection to optimize the sales team for future planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
- Experience in financial and project data analysis.
- Background in finance, knowledgeable in budgeting, capital expenditures, operational expenditures, depreciation, financial modeling, and return on investment.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and modeling; experienced in metrics and data analytics, with strong capabilities in executive-level PowerPoint presentations and reporting systems such as Tableau.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Finance, or analytical role.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster cross-functional relationships.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
