  • Work together to uncover problems and devise solutions that enhance operational efficiency for the sales teams.
  • Tackle issues of moderate to complex nature where the analysis of data or situations necessitates a comprehensive review of various factors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments throughout each sales quarter to resolve outstanding items and finalize deals, ensuring all required documentation is completed prior to deal closure.
  • Facilitate the end-of-quarter sales process by assisting in the management of all sales orders and approvals through internal data entry systems.
  • Support the sales team with inquiries related to internal processes and systems.
  • Assist the sales team in structuring deals to ensure optimal value for the organization while maximizing sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Operations Managers to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and promote standardization across the sales organization.
  • Utilize judgment within established procedures and practices to determine the best course of action.
  • Plan and execute projects for account and territory selection to optimize the sales team's strategy for future planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
  • Experience in financial and project data analysis.
  • Background in finance, with familiarity in budgeting, capital expenditures, operational expenditures, depreciation, financial modeling, and return on investment.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis; experience with metrics and data analytics; skilled in creating executive-level presentations using PowerPoint and reporting systems such as Tableau.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Finance, or analytical role.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in Excel with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster cross-functional relationships.
  • Possess a proactive attitude and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
