The Impact You Will Have:
The Client Success Coordinator is tasked with overseeing all post-sale client assistance to guarantee clients derive optimal benefits from Crucial Learning training solutions.
This role involves close collaboration with 2-3 Client Partners and their respective clients to address support-related inquiries, including billing and payment issues, account requirements, and more.
Additionally, the Coordinator will provide administrative assistance to the sales teams by processing sales orders and managing client classes, along with other administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Support Lead.
What You'll Do:
Account Management
- Process and monitor sales orders.
- Guide clients through the contracting process, including generating quotes, securing client signatures, and managing purchase orders as necessary.
- Ensure clients enjoy a seamless experience with Crucial Learning by delivering efficient, professional, and precise resolutions to client inquiries.
- Assist Client Partners with administrative tasks in the CRM System, including but not limited to data entry, customer follow-up, appointment scheduling, and other assignments.
- Support and enroll clients in certification programs.
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and develop solutions.
- Tackle complex operational challenges.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or associate degree - 2 years of relevant experience, with a background in customer service or sales support being advantageous.
- Strong customer service experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional phone etiquette required.
- Experience with CRMs; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- A commitment to high performance with a focus on quality.
- Willingness to attend in-person company events at least once a year.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
