Core Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals and clinics.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed established sales goals.
- Conduct market analysis to remain informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Present and showcase our healthcare software solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing tailored features and benefits.
- Address client inquiries and provide comprehensive support throughout the sales cycle.
Technical Expertise:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gain insights into the clinical and technical aspects of our software offerings.
- Effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner to clients.
Sales Administration:
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies.
Training and Support:
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and effective use of our software solutions.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients to maximize the benefits of our products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline (equivalent experience is acceptable).
- A minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably within the IT or healthcare sectors.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software solutions.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, hospital operations, and the medical software landscape.
- Experience with healthcare-focused software solutions, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Established network within the healthcare industry.
Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based with significant travel required for client meetings and industry events.
