Administrative Coordinator for Central Point Partners

Central Point Partners is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Executive team in our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage administrative responsibilities for the Corporate office, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and distributing mail and packages.
- Provide calendar and meeting management using software, as well as expense reimbursement and purchasing for various departments.
- Support the Human Resources team by acting as a first-line of support, distributing calls and emails, and coordinating employee appreciation programs and company events.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as tracking and compiling information, preparing reports, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Positive and upbeat personality, with a high level of emotional intelligence and personal accountability.
- Expertise in managing multiple calendars, email boxes, and supporting different departments with various requests.
- Superior organizational, task management, and self-management skills and strategies.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and able to quickly pivot as tasks and situations arise.
The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the Corporate office. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to submit your application.
