Administrative Assistant for Corporate Office

Central Point Partners is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Executive team in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative responsibilities for the Corporate office, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and distributing mail and packages.
  • Provide calendar and meeting management using software, as well as expense reimbursement and purchasing for various departments.
  • Support the Human Resources team by acting as a first-line of support, distributing calls and emails, and coordinating employee appreciation programs and company events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as tracking and compiling information, preparing reports, and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Positive and upbeat personality, with a high level of emotional intelligence and personal accountability.
  • Expertise in managing multiple calendars, email boxes, and supporting different departments with various requests.
  • Superior organizational, task management, and self-management skills and strategies.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and able to quickly pivot as tasks and situations arise.
About the Role:
