Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our organization. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination among various teams and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination: Foster a collaborative work environment that emphasizes excellence, open communication, and teamwork. Organize and support project or event planning meetings to ensure successful outcomes. Work closely with the operations team to refine processes and enhance overall productivity.
- Copy and Print Management: Oversee the creation and management of Digital Service Job Tickets. Ensure accurate billing for completed tasks and handle complex print operations. Proficiently operate production printers, scanners, and copiers while converting various file formats to PDF.
- Mailroom Operations: Manage the tracking of courier services and accountable items. Efficiently receive, log, and deliver messenger items while coordinating customized packaging requests.
- Facilities Support: Contribute to the maintenance of office premises by performing general repairs and assisting with office relocations and furniture arrangements.
- Emergency Preparedness: Assist in the coordination of safety programs and emergency drills in collaboration with the Physical Security team.
- Property Management Liaison: Serve as the point of contact between operations teams and property management for building-related requests.
- Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of customer care by monitoring departmental communications and coordinating necessary resources to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations or Facilities role, with a focus on mailroom operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong background in customer service and procedural development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
