About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team at Demboski & Chapman Financial and Insurance Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management of group employee benefits, individual health insurance, and Medicare senior supplement coverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of annual renewal season materials for each group client, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Directly communicate with clients to assess, research, and execute on client service requests related to billing, claims, dependents, and eligibility issues.
- Collaborate with Associate and Lead EEB Advisors, as well as other EEB Service Coordinators/Analysts, to support the New Business and Servicing pipelines.
- Participate in client meetings with senior advisors and complete follow-up work from client meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and government agencies to ensure accurate and timely execution of benefits administration.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Work closely with the EEB Advisor to outline expectations, collaborate on execution, and document all communications and backup to ensure seamless client service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Insurance License
- 5+ Years of experience in Health Insurance/HR
- ON-SITE AVAILABILITY
