Job Opportunity

Steel Point Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our People and Organization Practice Area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, strategic direction, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan for the People and Organization practice area, focusing on business development, market expansion, and capability enhancement.
  • Client Relationship Development: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients, providing expert guidance on talent management, organizational performance, and change management.
  • Capability Development: Lead the creation of new capabilities and service offerings that align with evolving market demands and client needs, ensuring our practice stays ahead of industry trends.
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for organic growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and expanding the client portfolio.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop and disseminate thought leadership in areas such as organizational culture, employee engagement, leadership development, and performance improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a team of experts in the people and organization domain, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other practice areas to develop integrated solutions that address client challenges holistically.
  • Financial Management: Drive the financial performance of the practice area, managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 13+ years of experience in human capital management, organizational development, or related fields, with significant experience in a leadership role, driving growth, and managing client relationships.
