Area Sales Director

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share across a portfolio of hotels in the Philadelphia market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hotel General Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
- 4+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
