Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the South Central US region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving Barostim market growth, supporting commercial sites, leading patient recruitment efforts, and managing a team of Regional Managers and Clinical Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Barostim market growth and expand our customer base in the South Central US region.
  • Support commercial sites and ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Lead patient recruitment efforts and develop strategies to increase patient engagement.
  • Manage a team of Regional Managers and Clinical Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
Requirements
  • BS in health sciences, engineering, or business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in direct or indirect use of medical devices (e.g., in cath lab, in clinical monitoring) or other relevant field experience within the medical device field.
  • 2-3 years of experience leading a team of medical device sales representatives.
