About the Role We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and assist us in delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients.

You will be accountable for designing, developing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools that facilitate continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of our software products.

Additionally, you will collaborate with other engineers, QA, and product managers to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing the strategic vision for DevOps to support the platform - ensuring best practices are adopted and executed across teams.
  • Collaborate with other DevOps team members to establish a shared understanding of processes and implementations.
  • Guide and support development teams on DevOps-related tasks (pipelines, Azure infrastructure, etc.).
  • Work alongside cloud enablement teams and software development teams to design and implement processes for the development, testing, and monitoring of cloud-based environments.
  • Own the group's CI/CD process, including collaboration with the firm's IT group to maintain the health of the CI/CD process while adhering to the firm's policies.
  • Establish and oversee the group's infrastructure-as-code activities across our development, testing, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps leads, Development team leads, and business leaders to align business and technology strategy, standards, patterns, and practices.
  • Create clear and meaningful documentation to capture and communicate technical DevOps functions.
  • Stay informed on DevOps technologies and identify opportunities to apply them within the Product Engineering teams.
  • Maintain positive working relationships across various levels of multiple teams.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with DevOps practices, processes, and culture.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Azure cloud services, including resource configuration and administration.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and platforms, including but not limited to Virtual Networks, AKS, and API management.
  • Experience in Azure Cloud/Systems Engineering within Microsoft environments.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automated CI/CD processes, including pipeline development, build/release, and versioning.
  • Experience with Azure cloud technologies, including deployment, elastic workloads, Terraform or ARM templates, and monitoring facilities.
  • Familiarity with container and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and/or Docker Swarm is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a C# /.NET Core environment.
  • Familiarity with MSBuild is a plus.
  • Experience with a JavaScript SPA framework, preferably Angular.
  • Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to innovate and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in site reliability engineering practices.
