Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to grasp business needs and devise scalable and cost-effective cloud solutions.
  • Enhance cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and scalability to satisfy the demands of our rapidly expanding business.
  • Continuously monitor and assess cloud usage, costs, and performance to pinpoint opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of our cloud environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends to foster innovation and efficiency.
Required Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and architectures, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and industry standards, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
  • Experience with cloud cost management and optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure automation, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Terraform).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, focusing on root cause analysis and prevention.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent years of work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development or infrastructure support and operations.
  • 4+ years of experience in cloud operations.
  • At least 1 year in a leadership role.
