- Negotiate and conclude private land contracts for planned projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Attend information events, property owner meetings, and municipal council meetings to stay informed and build partnerships.
- Conduct research and obtain property and cadastral data to support project planning and execution.
- Hold a degree or completed vocational training with relevant further education.
- Demonstrate sales experience, strong communication skills, and negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in securing land for photovoltaic, wind energy, or other infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Work independently and goal-oriented, with a strong team spirit and high willingness to travel.
- Hold a class B driver's license and be prepared for frequent travel.
