About the Role

Associated Banc-Corp is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in strengthening the collaboration between sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Manage the RFP process, including customizing responses and coordinating proposal strategies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure coherent, detailed RFP responses.
  • Oversee proposal knowledge management for future use.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, webinars, and customer-facing events.
  • Stay informed on treasury management products and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute training programs for sales colleagues, ensuring compliance standards are met.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Communication, Business, and Marketing.
  • 2-4 years experience in Communication, Marketing, and Data Analytics.
  • 2-3 years Sales experience in the Financial Services Industry, ideally in Treasury Management.
  • 1-2 years experience preferred working with RFPs and administering the RFP process.
  • 2-3 years experience in Sales Enablement.
