Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with customers via phone, taking the initiative to fully understand their needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to service accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and the District, continuously seeking ways to add value for customers.
  • Enhance sales by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio and demonstrating technical expertise to provide compelling customer value propositions.
  • Drive sales by recognizing related product needs and informing customers about promotions and additional product lines.
  • Determine the best approach to resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote new products.
  • Execute quote and order management processes with precision to expedite fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field preferred.
  • Background in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment emphasizing service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.

Compensation:
Starting at $44,500, with potential for a monthly incentive plan of 15%. Total Target Cash includes a combination of fixed salary and uncapped sales commissions, which can grow with a successful employee's performance.
