Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical trial and commercial case support, demonstrating expertise with our TAVI products and procedures.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and Regional Sales Directors to advance market share and optimize customer clinical experience.
- Scrub in sterile and provide TAVI valve loading in procedures and training instruction to trial and commercial customers.
- Provide customers with CT valve sizing analysis utilizing the Pie Medical 3Mensio CT program.
- Lead customer didactic education sessions for account activation before first implants.
- Lead pre-case planning and debriefing of heart teams pre- and post-procedure and provide ongoing education as requested.
- Manage trial and commercial inventory and acquisition and field trunk stock.
- Provide documentation as required for quality assurance initiatives.
- Co-develop commercial business plans for assigned regions with Territory Managers.
- Support internal and external quarterly business reviews with Territory Managers.
- Enter data into Salesforce and Mentor software for customer case support management.
- Learn commercial data analytics, resources, and tools for effective customer experience.
- Support customer engagement strategies with Territory Managers.
- Demonstrate competency with marketing messaging, clinical evidence, and medical education portfolio offerings.
- Complete sales enablement training of professional selling skills and challenger methodology.
- Demonstrate knowledge in the TAVI market, industry, and competitive insights.
- Participate in team meetings, conventions, and national sales meetings as requested.
- Complete vendor credentialing processes for hospital access as required.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Arts (BA) college degree or equivalent clinical degree.
- 2-5 years of clinical work experience required in hospital or medical device industry.
- Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19.
- Degree in life sciences.
- Strong consideration will be given to candidates with TAVI or transcatheter Structural Heart experience.
