Sales Executive

Overview
The Account Executive is a key role at ConvergeOne, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales consultation, design, support, and management of customer activity involving collaboration, enterprise networking, data solutions, and security products and services.
- Establish, maintain, and develop business with customers and potential customers in assigned business sectors to enhance the potential for meeting objectives of maximum profitability and growth.
- Analyze customer/competition situations, customer's business issues and interests, and generate a strategy that achieves business objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting capability and an active reporting procedure in accordance with ConvergeOne's standards.
- Develop, implement, and execute a Business Plan that is consistent with short-range and long-range company objectives and assigned targets.
- Conduct C-level business discussions and develop relationships with existing and potential customers to enable business growth and achieve assigned targets.
- Expedite the resolution of customer escalations/complaints and stay well-informed on industry changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct selling experience in communications and data technology.
- 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent in experience.
- Ability to call on and work directly with C-level executives in mid to large enterprise to close business opportunities.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrates sales ability and technical aptitude.
- Proven track record of territory development including new business accounts.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, sales forecasting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
- Prior experience with a solutions provider similar to ConvergeOne.
