Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to join our team at Wise Auto Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Prioritize and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding balances.
  • Payment Processing: Process and reconcile daily payments, including bank deposits and vendor payments.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Collections and Follow-up: Identify and pursue outstanding accounts, working closely with customers to resolve issues and ensure timely payment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including processing dealer trade/wholesale transfers and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including month-end inventory counts and accounts receivable reports.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Working Conditions

The Accounting Associate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent interaction with customers and colleagues. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
