Position Overview

In the role of **Construction Project Leader**, you will oversee the financial and operational success of commercial construction initiatives. This position carries the ultimate responsibility for project planning, scheduling, resource management, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Our Project Leaders work collaboratively with a team of experts to define and execute project scopes and timelines, aligning with our clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Actively promote our commitment to a Zero Injury Safety Program.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budget establishment, and cost control.
  • Implement the Quality Leadership System effectively.
  • Maintain communication with subcontractors to facilitate a seamless contract awarding process.
  • Lead project meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Create project-specific controls and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
