Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, adhering to the defined scope and financial parameters.

  • Resource Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and allocate necessary resources for project execution.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, timelines, and costs, ensuring an organized approach to execution.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project performance and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • A passion for team leadership and achieving results.
  • Proficient in multitasking and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • OSHA 30 and safety certifications are required.
