Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will serve as a vital team member associated with providing administrative and technical expertise for the mechanical portion of selected projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in scope of work preparation and pre-award interviews.
  • Write mechanical bid packages.
  • Provide constructability review and recommendations.
  • Perform submittals, schedules, and budget reviews.
  • Work with Quality Inspectors and review all installed work.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical field problems.
  • Coordinate and assist with witness systems testing, local building authority inspections, and mechanical commissioning of systems.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of construction experience in the mechanical trades, design industry, or field construction with hands-on experience installing mechanical systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field preferred.
  • OSHA 30 Certified.
