We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Construction Project Manager who possesses a proactive approach and a strong ability to meet project goals. This essential role will focus on the estimation and management of commercial construction projects, collaborating closely with our dedicated construction team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze commercial construction bid documents and develop strategic plans to ensure precise bid submissions.
  • Manage online plan rooms and maintain onsite documentation.
  • Coordinate bids from subcontractors effectively.
  • Create detailed scopes of work based on bid documents.
  • Compile comprehensive vendor lists and distribute Invitations To Bid.
  • Facilitate communication with subcontractors, vendors, and project owners.
  • Assess bids for accuracy and completeness.
  • Work alongside the construction team to prepare and submit bids.
  • Foster and maintain strong business relationships with subcontractors and vendors to enhance bidding opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • At least five years of experience in the commercial construction field, with a focus on bids, estimates, and project management.
  • Demonstrated success in the commercial construction industry, particularly with Ground Up projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to lead proposal development processes efficiently.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Auto Desk Plan Grid, Basic Take Off, and estimating software.

Working Environment:
