Role Summary

The Financial Operations Associate will play a crucial role in managing a variety of financial transactions, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries, overseeing accounts payable, and delivering administrative assistance to the Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, adaptability, approachability, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable Data Entry and Statement Reconciliation
  • Check Issuance and Electronic Funds Transfer Payments
  • Daily Deposit Management and Change Order Processing
  • Accounts Receivable Inquiries and Customer Support
  • Application of Payments to Client Accounts
  • Issuance of Collection Notices and Authorization of Payment Plans
  • Maintenance of Client Records
  • Management of Client Contracts
  • Document Filing and Retention
  • Ordering of Office Supplies
  • Additional Duties and Special Projects as Assigned
Qualifications
  • Preferred: 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience related to this role.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory.

Employment Type: Full-Time, 40+ hours per week.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (This is NOT a remote position).

Annual Salary: Starting at $21.00 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available.
