Position Overview:

- Reconcile daily financial transactions, address exceptions, and rectify discrepancies
- Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers and ACH transactions; manage check adjustments

- Prepare, review, and validate month-end financial reports, tax accruals, and fixed asset records
- Process levies, garnishments, and remit state and federal tax obligations
- Order and ship funds to the Federal Reserve, ensuring timely payment of monthly obligations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banking is preferred
- Strong background in mathematics, accounting, and financial processes is highly desirable
- At least one year of customer service experience is required
- Must be bondable
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel is necessary
