We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Associate to join our Operations Team. The ideal candidate will possess:

Key Responsibilities

Our successful associates are expected to carry out the following duties:

  • Actively support the Bank's core values and mission
  • Engage customers in insightful discussions about their financial aspirations and needs, identifying opportunities for referrals to banking center colleagues
  • Build professional relationships with clients, attentively listening to their requirements and demonstrating empathy to ensure top-notch service
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner, escalating issues as necessary
  • Exhibit a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times
  • Encourage teamwork by leading through example and taking initiative to assist colleagues
  • Accurately and efficiently process account transactions to minimize errors and prevent fraud
  • Complete all required training and show enthusiasm for ongoing learning, welcoming constructive feedback from seasoned team members
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
  • Adhere to Bank policies, procedures, and guidelines to safeguard customer and bank assets

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer interaction and service excellence, demonstrated through work, military, or educational experiences
  • Familiarity with banking products, online banking, and mobile banking applications is preferred but not essential
